Bio

My background is in physics, photonics and atomic force microscopy however I am currently pursuing a newfound passion for interdisciplinary research between biology and physics/engineering, specifically neuroengineering and food science. Equipment control and systems control in electrofermentation and its potential to improve health of the gut brain axis is my current focus. I prefer research applications with a direct positive impact on health of the humans and the planet at large.
